Our Leasing Fee Includes:

* Performing a Market Rental Analysis and
  Assessing current market rent rate.

* Coordinating the advertising of the property for

* Showing property to potential Tenants.

* Screening potential tenants. (Background,
  Credit Check, Employment & Rental History)

* Procuring the Tenant & Signing the lease.

* Collecting security deposit.

* Performing Move-in/Move out Inspection.

* Coordinating routine maintenance issues while 

   property is  vacant (cleaning, lawn maintenance, 

   etc.)

Our Renewal Fee Includes:

* Re-Assessing Market Rent

* Contacting Tenant to negotiate the Renewal

* Contacting the owner to ask if they want to 

   renew and advising owner on a new rental 

   amount 

* Procuring & Executing a new Lease.
